In her capacity as a surgeon, she actively participated in advocacy for the Massachusetts Medical Society, the Massachusetts Society of Plastic Surgery, and the American Society of Plastic Surgery, serving as President, Treasurer, and Delegate for the Charles River District of the Massachusetts Medical Society, as well as Vice President and Treasurer for the Massachusetts Society of Plastic Surgery.
